The man running this place was beyond nice! He greeted us with juice and found us comfy bunks. The building had an old charm with modern comforts. The best breakfast on the Camino for only €4!

Some rooms have a balcony with a city view. It felt amazing to sip my morning coffee and soak in the sights. So refreshing! All guestrooms offer free WiFi. Being a social media addict, this was a total win for me. Certain rooms have a kitchenette with a microwave and a stovetop. I felt like a master chef whipping up quick meals! All rooms in the hostel are fitted with a coffee machine. The sweet aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me each morning. Heavenly! Guests can connect to free in-room WiFi. I never had to worry about my data running out. Thank you, internet gods!
All rooms feature bed linen. Personally, I didn't like the color.

The decor was mind-blowing, with a perfect mix of old-world charm and trendy design. The warm and friendly host made me feel super welcome. The modern bathroom and amazing shower were a jaw-dropping surprise. The bedrooms had nice touches and the privacy curtains for each bed were a fantastic feature. The ample storage and plug sockets for device charging were a big plus. The carefully renovated old building retained its character while providing comfortable and trendy facilities. The breakfast exceeded expectations, with homemade cherry jam, cheese, ham, and the most amazing fruit. The energy and warmth of the hospitalero was contagious, making me feel appreciated and at home. Truly an incredible place to stay!

The bunks in this albergue were well-designed, with metal frames and enclosed sides for added privacy. I also appreciated the curtains on the bunks, as they provided a sense of individual space. The breakfast offered a nice variety, including ham, cheese, and fruit, which was a pleasant surprise. the shower had a body spray option, adding to the comfort of my stay. The town itself was quite interesting and picturesque, adding to the overall experience.
The uneven floors in the building, which can be slightly inconvenient and potentially hazardous. Another minor issue was the cold temperature in the room at night, especially in October.

The room was beautiful, with great views out all the windows and wonderful light. We had a picnic on the rustic table and felt like pirates with the ceiling beams! the owner greeted us with fresh orange juice and the beds were comfortable with real sheets and blankets.
There was only one small fan in the room, and it got cool at night. We also had a pesty fly in the room.

I personally didn't like the bed linen provided in the rooms. It felt a bit rough and uncomfortable, but I understand that others might not have the same preference.

The location of the accommodation was beautiful, with great views out all the windows. the room had a wonderful light and rustic table, making it feel magical. the hospitelero was very friendly and offered a glass of juice upon arrival.
There may have been a small lack of ventilation in the room, as a fan would have been useful before it got cool at night. one reviewer mentioned a pesty fly in the room, although it was eventually resolved.

I recently stayed at this beautifully renovated 200-year-old building in Hospital de Orbigo. The privacy bunks with individual lights and power supplies were a unique touch. The decor was cool and the open-air spaces were a nice retreat. Check-in was a breeze and they offered beer, sodas, and coffee in the afternoon. The owner, Juan, did an amazing job repurposing items throughout the hotel. It's definitely a must-stay place for anyone visiting the area.
Would recommend this hotel.

A charming, centuries-old lodging with modern updates. Private room with twin beds, private shower, and toilet. Friendly, English-speaking owner who went above and beyond. Spotlessly clean, spacious room. Highly recommended for Camino travelers.
